By purchasing from this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property of David Glenn Campling and are protected by international copyright laws.

Purchasing a digital image does not transfer ownership of the copyright. It grants a limited usage licence only as described below.

3. PERSONAL USE LICENCE

Each purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Use Licence.

You MAY:

• Download and store the image on your personal devices

• Print the image for personal display in your home or private space

• Give printed copies as personal gifts

You MAY NOT:

• Use the image for any commercial purpose

• Use the image in advertising, marketing, branding, or promotional material

• Use the image in editorial publications without written permission

• Resell, share, distribute, or sublicense the digital file

• Upload the image to stock libraries or third-party image platforms

• Use the image on products for sale or commercial merchandise

• Claim ownership or authorship of the image in any form

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the copyright holder.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed as shown at the time of purchase. Prices may be updated without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before digital files are made available for download.

5. DELIVERY

All products are delivered electronically via Pixieset or a similar secure digital download system immediately after payment confirmation.

No physical shipping is provided.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download has been made available.

If you experience any of the following issues:

• Corrupted or unusable files

• Incorrect file delivery

• Technical problems preventing access

please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will resolve the issue or provide replacement files where appropriate.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under consumer protection law.
